My name is Heath Hayes, founder of TERA Vision and a proud Army Veteran. With over three years of experience in the camera surveillance field, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering every aspect of modern security technology — from thermal imaging and AI-based detection to rugged remote setups. But this journey is about more than just cameras. It’s about commitment, integrity, and building something that protects the people and places that matter most.

This company was born from a relentless drive to serve, protect, and innovate. After years in uniform, I needed a mission that still made a difference. TERA Vision is that mission.

Every system we deploy reflects my values: precision, toughness, and reliability — the same values that carried me through military service and now guide my work as a business owner.

But above all, I’m a family man. I’m blessed to share life with my incredible wife and our three amazing kids. In fact, TERA is an acronym built from their names — Tiffany, Emma, Reese, and Avery — a reminder that family is at the heart of everything we do. Everything I build, every customer I serve, is done with the same care and protection I want for them.
